Aram Hampoian

Aram Hampoian entered the staffing industry after noticing the success a family member found within the industry. His desire for growth and change led Hampoian to join CoreMedical Group as an account executive in 2004. In 2013, he was promoted to VP of Healthcare Travel Services, joining the executive leadership team. He helped launch the Locum Tenens physician staffing division at Core, bringing in a new service that has consistently grown over the four years since its inception. As his relationship with accounts, staff and support teams grew, so did his responsibilities within CoreMedical Group and his leadership skills. In 2018, he was named president and CEO.

Though at first he found leadership to be a challenge, he overcame it and used what he learned to inform the rest of his career. Hampoian has led the company to sustained growth across all the divisions he oversees. He is a consistent presence in the office and makes sure to build a strong relationship with every person in the building.

His personal and professional philosophy is to always strive for constant improvement, whether at home or work. “I’m not comfortable with the status quo,” he says. “I have worn many hats here at CoreMedical Group, and with each role, my goal is always to improve myself, the team, various processes, and strategic initiatives.”
