John Rosenbaum spent many years in technology consulting before being recruited in 2012 to take over as CIO at EmployBridge. His list of notable achievements since then include building a technology capability that’s closely tied to the business during tremendous growth; being part of the team that designed the “best front-office and back-office staffing platform in the industry”; and successfully integrating people, processes and technologies during the merger of Select Staffing and EmployBridge in 2015.
Rosenbaum is tremendously proud of creating a growing team that lives EmployBridge’s culture of honesty, integrity, maturity, passion and putting family first. He’s greatly inspired by his colleagues and mentors, and by the notion of using technology as a tool to separate EmployBridge from its competitors and help the company fulfill its noble purpose of improving people’s lives. He’s also strongly motivated by his family and his faith. Though staffing is a tough industry, Rosenbaum says it’s also incredibly rewarding. “I get to wake up every day and tell my kids that I am going to work to help get people jobs. … How awesome is that?” Rosenbaum believes the rate of change in staffing is picking up, and he aims to help EmployBridge change with the industry and use technology to accelerate what the firm does for its clients and associates.
