Noelle Williams

While at University of Central Florida, Noelle Williams took part in a sales program and was paired with current COO of Kavaliro, Bill Peppler. She was then invited to learn about Kavaliro and the staffing industry. Kavaliro provides employers with tailored professional services solutions.

As soon as she stepped into the offices of Kavaliro, she knew she was in the right place. Williams felt encouraged by the company’s culture to be herself, which she found appealing, and shortly after graduating in 2013, she was offered a spot at Kavaliro; she is now is now director of recruiting.

Throughout her tenure, she has been awarded with the company’s “Ring of Fire” trip — an all-expenses-paid getaway for the top performers — for three out of the past four years, and has led each recruiter to success with her individual attention and mentorship. Last year, she generated over $1 million for Kavaliro, to which she credited focusing on retail clients and government candidates as well as diversifying.

Williams says her passion for recruitment comes from “helping people get jobs, putting food on the table and giving them a better life,” which she describes as an incredible feeling; in addition, she always wants to be seen as someone who can get the job done.

Looking ahead, she sees herself becoming a C-level executive at Kavaliro within the next five years.
