Seth Brady is Randstad Commercial Staffing’s youngest executive leader ever, having worked his way up to executive vice president just nine years after starting at the ground level. Within four years, Brady was running the most successful district at the company. Leadership noticed Brady’s success and passion for connecting candidates with the right career opportunities and asked him to continue his work in one of the company’s struggling markets. Eight promotions later, his responsibilities have continued to evolve to other geographies, with Brady consistently performing at three-plus times market growth and transforming formerly under-performing markets.
Today, he oversees 58 offices in 11 states servicing Randstad’s office and administration as well as manufacturing and logistics divisions, and, most recently, Randstad Professionals. Brady is also known for developing high-performing teams, driven in large part by his fervent desire to help Randstad’s internal and external talent reach their career goals and achieve their full performance potential. A trailblazer, Brady recently designed an improved new-hire program that drastically reduces turnover by increasing new hires’ performance and retention.
